1. Agreement
By using Meadow & Ember pages or purchasing a workshop, you agree to these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Learning responsibility
Courses are educational resources, not professional, medical, legal, or regulatory advice. Learners must follow local requirements, read ingredient documentation, use appropriate protective equipment, and make independent safety decisions.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting access credentials. Do not share paid course materials publicly or use the service to harm others.
4. Orders and demonstrations
The browser cart and checkout confirmation on this site are demonstrations unless a separate payment agreement is clearly presented. No payment is processed by the demonstration modal.
5. Intellectual property
Meadow & Ember owns or licenses the site design, lesson copy, brand elements, and course materials. You may use purchased learning materials for personal learning but may not reproduce, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
6. Community conduct
Communications must be respectful, lawful, and relevant. We may remove abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe contributions and restrict access where necessary.
7. Availability and limitation
We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every course will suit every project. To the extent permitted by law, Meadow & Ember is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported modifications, or reliance beyond the educational purpose.
8. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms by publishing an updated effective date. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
